If you have a particular time during the summer you wish to come to Talaheim Lodge, then email me or call and I can give you some available dates, or you can get an idea by looking at our schedule in the “Fishing” section.
If you notify me by phone or email that you want such a date, I'll hold that time open for 10 days until which time I need a $2000 deposit by each fisherman to hold a date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
Deposits are accepted under the following conditions: In the event of cancellation prior to six months to the starting date, the full amount will be refunded; cancellations with less than six months but more than 30 days, no refund will be made, however, full refund minus $500 booking fee, of any trip with more than 30 days notice will be offered if the date in question can be filled. Any cancellation with less than 30 days notice is non-refundable. Please check with your travel agent for "trip insurance".
Talaheim Lodge has a weight restriction. If you are over 280 pounds, please notify me of this before booking. All our fares are based on double room occupancy.
Disclosure…Mark Miller or Talaheim Lodge will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury to participants, personal property, or for any cancellations, expenses or delays incurred as a result of weather, transportation, or other conditions over which we have no control. Talaheim Lodge reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel any excursions offered at any time and make changes in itineraries as may be necessary for your safety. All booking guests will fill out a form disclosing any medical, physical, or dietary conditions and sign a disclosure. We strive on safety, however, outdoor activities in the Alaskan wilderness are not entirely "risk free".
